The last one sells once.

A Shopify app in development. It will keep one stock count across your store and your marketplaces.

Try it: sell the last apron in one place.

Built around what it will never do.

The worst sync problems are the ones nobody asked for: listings ended overnight, titles rewritten, stock pushed out that was never there. Stockwyn is being built around four rules.

  • It will never end, create or rewrite a listing.

On each marketplace it will change two things only: the quantity and, if you turn it on, the price.

  • It will never write before you have seen the preview.

Before the first change you will see which listing gets which quantity, and confirm it.

  • It will never guess when stock is unclear.

If a count can't be read, Stockwyn will hold and tell you instead of pushing a number.

  • It will never call a change done until the marketplace shows it.

Sent and confirmed will be shown as two different things.

How it will work.

You keep the listings you already have, just as they are.

  1. Link your listings

Stockwyn will match marketplace listings to your Shopify products by SKU and ask you about anything it can't match with certainty.

  2. Choose your stock rules

Pick which Shopify locations count, set an optional buffer or maximum, and check the preview.

  3. Sell everywhere

A sale in one place will lower the count everywhere else. Marketplace orders will arrive in Shopify.

One app for the places you sell.

Each marketplace is a connection inside Stockwyn, added when it is ready. Your Shopify store stays the count they all follow.

Questions you might have.

Will Stockwyn change my listings?

Only two things on linked listings: the quantity and, if you turn it on, the price. Everything else stays as it is, and changes start only after you have confirmed the preview.

What about products without a SKU?

Stockwyn will link listings by SKU. Anything it can't match with certainty, including missing or duplicate SKUs, will be shown to you to link by hand. Once linked, they stay in step like the rest.

Will it prevent overselling completely?

Stockwyn will lower the risk as far as it can: it reads every change back and holds when stock is unclear. A rare oversell can still happen, for example when two sales happen at almost the same moment or a marketplace delivers an update late.

I already use another sync app. Can I switch?

Yes. Turn off stock sync in the other app before you confirm Stockwyn's preview, so one app sets the quantities on your listings.

How will billing work?

Through your Shopify bill. Every plan will start with a 14-day free trial, once per store, and you will be able to change or cancel the plan in the app at any time.

How do I get support?
